Chairman of Norwood Capital & Dash Brands, a major quick service restaurant platform in China, which owns the rights to Dominos in Eastern and Northern China. Dominos China is backed by Macquarie Capital and is growing rapidly, planning to add 100 new stores in the next 2 years.

Founder & CEO of Norwood Promotional Products (NPPI). Over the course of two decades of Frank’s leadership, NPPI grew from $4m of revenues to over $470m and was widely recognized as the nation’s leading supplier of promotional products. NPPI’s over 3,000 products were sold by over 16,000 distribution partners.

Co-founder & developer of numerous other successful ventures including cable TV operators Communications Properties, Inc. and Prime Cable; Telesystems International Corporation, a Zurich-based international cable television group; Rust Properties, a commercial real estate development company; and Evergreen Capital (now Austin Ventures).

Frank is Chairman Emeritus of the Ohio University Foundation Board of Trustees, has served as the Chairman of the Ohio University Foundation & was appointed by the Governor of Ohio to the Board of Regents to represent Ohio University.  Frank has been active in the Austin/San Antonio chapters of Young Presidents’ Organization, and as a founding member of the World Presidents’ Organization.
