Pacific Springboard (PSB) is an Austin and Shanghai based company. Our focus is on taking healthy lifestyle brands from the US to China and helping them scale successfully in this dynamic market. PSB is focused on the most rapidly emerging segment of Chinese consumers and seeks to curate a collection of relevant brands and experiences for this customer base. We work across Health & Wellness, Lifestyle & Entertainment and Food & Beverage platforms.
We support international concepts most relevant to our targeted consumer base. We know today’s Chinese consumers are looking for “Better For You” choices and personalized solutions. Understanding this customer base well allows us to achieve synergy in market entry, growth plans and real estate strategy. China then becomes a “springboard” to other markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
While our core business model focuses on healthy lifestyle brands, PSB is also well positioned to help brands looking to enter the China market.
The Pacific Springboard principals and leadership team bring a unique combination of experience with leading global brands. Their experience spans license and JV partner selection and transactions, market entry expertise, experience operating and scaling brands with local partnerships, digital platform development, local leadership and talent network, government relationships and access to all stages of capital formation in the region. Pacific Springboard provides a unique platform to secure the best brands and Chinese operating partners and then scale those brands in the China and APAC markets.
Pacific Springboard's principals have a combined 50+ years of experience working and living in China, including as senior executives with Starbucks and Disney, a consumer technology entrepreneur master franchisee of Domino's China, and other international brands in China, Asia and the rest of the world.
